NAIL CARE SPA in Murrells Inlet, SC

I called this morning to see if I had to make an appointment for myself and my 2 kids or if we could walk-in.  I was asked to make an appointment since there was 3 of us.  No problem.  The receptionist scheduled us for 12:30pm.  We got there at 12:25pm and the receptionist was anything but warm and friendly.  After picking out our colors, she took us back to the pedicure chair (I was getting just a pedicure) where I proceeded to sit for an hour with my feet in cold water.  My pedicure is terrible.  I asked for short nails and they are not short.  They don't appear to be filed, even though she did and the paint job is beyond awful - lumpy, thick and it looks uneven.  My nails do not look smooth.  My older child's polish (on fingernails) is spotty and not full coverage.  It looks chipped or well worn, as if the polish has been on for a while instead of just done.  My younger child's nails were not painted the color picked out and once the tech realized this, instead of correcting it, she painted a single coat of the correct color over the wrong color.  So instead of getting purple glittery nails, she got a dark, navy blue with a coat of purple glittery polish on top.  The same tech did my pedicure and both kids nails.  They only had polish done, not a manicure.  My younger child was supposed to get their toenails painted the same purple glittery color they picked out for their fingernails, but that was not done.  This was our first time at this salon.  I don't think I would go again or recommend this place.

Lisa did my toes. I got a gel french pedicure. Service was okay. Woman at front desk was not the nicest. No smile on her face. The vibe was lowkey weird. Felt awkward but Lisa was very good.

Thank you for your kind and caring service. I have been here several times, and a long time ago I decided to only visit this salon. They are very professional and truly do a fantastic job. Once in your lifetime, treat yourself to the Hawaiian Foot Spa for $70.00. It is worth every penny. I received my first one ever here, and I expect to utilize this service many more times. The nail application was superb
as was the color. Guaranteed to stay on with their portable heaters and an additional polish that adheres well.

I tried a couple of nail places and I really like Nail Care Spa. The staff are professional and provide excellent service.  I always have the liquid gel fill for my nails and toes. Lisa, Annie, Q, and Paul are awesome.  I have recommended friends to come here as well.
