The doctor was not there at the time of the appointment. The staff didn't bother to tell me. I don't know if they realize that their patients take time off work to be there.

Summary: They never answer the phone!

Details: We had a fabulous experience for my kids at their dental office when we went the first time. Clean office and friendly staff. Then, about 5 months later, I canned to try and schedule our next appointment, I could not get a hold of anyone. In a 3 week period, I left 5 voicemails and NEVER got a call back. I tried different days of the week and times of day and NOBODY EVER answered the phone. So now I'm looking for another dentist. Disappointed for sure...
