What a shock! to go in and ask for Highlights from Sherri and she totally disregarded my information and took the whole top of my head and bleached it blonde...I have brown hair. Now, I have 2 extremes, one whitish at the crown , and the other my original hair. I tried to talk to Dana, but she is not good in communication as I wrote her how extremely devastated and horrified and ashamed,. They gave me my money back, but don't trust Sherri, she lied when I asked why, and she denied it all. Those people are snotty, and without regard for beauty. . I have to wear this mess.
Salon 21 is a nightmare and took no responsibility to communicate to Sherri what she did. Are they that bad, YES!

I recently went there to replace my old extensions. I needed something that was going to look great with my fine and thin hair. They did an amazing job with color match and the new extensions. They then helped me select the right products for both my hair and the extensions. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be a returning costumer. All staff member I interacted with from the first call until the appointment were very nice.
DANA, owner, is the BEST HAIRDRESSER EVER! She took my "over processed" hair and is turning it into REAL soft hair again!
Color and cut EXCEEDED my expectations AND the prices were incredibly reasonable for our precious Hamilton.
I don't recommend this place if you have short hair like me. Sierra always leaves my sides uneven and she always does something to the front of my hair when I have said I wanted it left alone. She doesn't pay attention to detail, I always have to ask her fix something.
