They glue the acrylic nails to the seeps of your fingernail.. meaning to remove the acrylic off you're most likely going to have to rip your nails off trying to remove them. Soaking in acetone barely helps. They're highly unprofessional as well. One of the lady's here ripped my finger nail off when I came in here for a removal (of their work btw) and tried to flip it on me when she was swiping under my nail with a nail tip to remove the acrylic in an aggressive, fast like, and impatient manner. Wouldn't recommend going to this place for anything but maybe to get your feet done- and then barely that. There's other reviews under here that speaks for themselves which I was so upset reading after my incident transpired.

the worst experience I've ever had in 20 years of getting my nails done. Aurora is nasty and has no customer service skills what do ever. Was attacking a young girl who had gel put on but then changed her mind- even though her mom offered to still pay for it she continued to attack the little girl for over 20 mins about having to take the gel off her nails. Finally I spoke up and said that She was making me uncomfortable as another customer in the salon. Aurora then approached me after saying that I should mind my own business and not have said anything about that situation. then when I was done I was told my charge was $90 when all I got was dip on my own nails and a pedicure- and the colors on my toes and nails didn't even match. when I disputed that amount and mentioned the colors not matching Aurora got aggressive with me stating they aren't who creates the colors and therefore it's not their problem. When I asked her if she was the owner because I was planning to file a complaint she stood up and began verbally attacking me following me out of the salon. I will never return to this salon and I'd advise no one else to ever give your money to these disgusting people.

We came here because this was open on Sunday. We were in a haste and didn't get to check reviews. Should have known. I got a full pedicure and gel manicure. At first I wanted an ombre dipping which they had in the menu, but AFTER the nail tech already cut my nails too short, she said my nails were too short and now it won't look as good. My pedicure was basic but the tech assigned for it actually did a decent job. But as far as nails? Nope. I ended up with a hastily done mediocre gel on way too cut short nails. My daughter's both got half-ass services too. My youngwst got a kids reg manicure and the tech just left her there after coloring. No goodbye, no I will be right back, nothing. My kid was all by herself at the station while the tech just walked away for 15 min! No other techs or the owner said anything. I was furious. When I said something to my nail tech doing my pedicure she demurred and said she didn't know. Secondly, my oldest got a full acrylic set. When she noticed left thumb acrylic was longer than the right the tech ignored her and didn't correct the length. Also both girls said their filing was super rough and it hurt. My oldest finger bled at one point. I noticed when I was getting my gel set in the setter machine my fingers were burning and almost heard mild crackling noise with the machine. I've gotten gel done many times before and have never felt my fingers and skin burn. It seemed hazardous.

I came here because my regular nail tech was out of town and the reviews didn't look too bad. my first impression was that it wasn't very clean. the nail colors that you look through on the nails were all sticky and gross, i didn't even want to touch them. when i sat down the wrist rest was also really sticky and i could tell was not clean. however when i was getting my nails done, i did notice them spraying things down and cleaning them. the staff was lovely and very nice , they did an okay job on my nails. not good but not terrible. they're kinda chunky and some are crooked. $45 for a gel set which isn't bad. not somewhere i would go on a regular basis.

Horrible!! Avoid at all costs!! Went in for eyebrow waxing and they burned my skin! I went in and showed the burns and they didn't care. Do NOT go!!!
