Atelier in Tampa, FL

All I can say is "just awful". The manicurist was huge, which is not a problem but she dressed like a bag lady. Her boobs hung out of her low scooped t-shirt and she wore scuzzy jeans. All she talked about was that I was her last client and she just wanted to get out of there. She even tried to convince me to just get a clear coat on my nails because polish chips and I won't like it. Why get a manicure if you don't get polish!! They ran out of chocolate for the scrub. The first time I went I waited 30 minutes only to be told that no one was there for my treatment and that I had to come back. I had to wait another 20 minutes on my return. There was parking for 5 cars and they told me to park at in the lawyers parking which had tow away signs all over. Even if you get this as a gift, cut your losses and RUN

Worst nails job I have ever gotten done! I work at a desk all day and my shellac came off in 3 days by the end of a week of getting them done it had all peeled off!! My toes were chipped by the next day!!! Would not recommend to anyone. And that are really hard on your feet it hurts. Bad experience. Never again. Waste of moneyyy!

This place sucks. I went once and would never go back. I got cheated by 20 minutes on a 1 hour chocolate body scrub. Place is located in a scuzzy part of town and the space looks like a cramped renovated trailer. I only went because I received a Groupon gift. When I asked the lady (who said she was the owner) what the regular price was she could not give me a straight answer and said "oh it's like $90". Then I asked for a brochure and the service was not even listed. What a joke! I don't know who in their right mind would pay $90 for this or any of their overpriced services considering the rushed unorganized service and it's low rent location that is anything but upscale. Don't waste your time.

Small , dingy place. Went there only because of Groupon. I got french mani and pedi and the white parts have started coming off from the next day !!!! And i had to pay 10$ extra for it. Which tech didnt tell me until I asked her and she was done with one hand anyways !!! The tech just ran through the whole procedure. and the nail paint shade i got there looked totally different in the day light. The lights were way too dim for a salon ! Also from next time I would be extra careful before buying groupon !

Wow this place is aweful! Got a groupon for my best friend and I to have shellac mani's and pedicures. It was the girls first day, she didn't know where anything was. She talked non stop, the room was cramped, we booked our appointments together and they only had one tech. She did a very poor job and I was completely unsatisfied! It was before my best friends wedding and I'm sitting here thinking we are going to have to have her nails done again!
