I waited about 45 minutes to get a Mani and pedicure. They did my pedicure first, I then got my nails done where I have my natural nails dipped. Long story short, my toes looked like a 5 year had done them. They charged me to shape my nails in the same shape they have been for 6 months and one my nails broke in half the same day. This was a total of 82.00. However, I just moved to Godley and was warned not to go there unless you absolutely have no choice. I will take the drive and time to go elsewhere rather than waste my money again because both my nails and pedicure had to be redone. If I give zero stars I would have!
Went today to get my nails soaked off. When I walked in, I was not greeted by a staff member. O figured they were business so I proceeded to complete the form and wait. I sat and waited for what seemed like an enternity, made eye contact with a few nail techs but was still never acknowledged so I left.
I go once a month, love everyone up there. Fantastic of taking care of you. Dana is my go to, Ryan the owner is great. Just love this place all the way around
I asked for round nails several times and the lady was so angry because my request and kept making them square and speaking in her language. I ask so many times nicely and she was so rude to me. Me and my 2 friends got our nails there and the other lady that did one of my friends was nice. 52 dls plus tip for this ugly nails not worth it because is not what I ask for. Never coming back again. If I am paying for something specific that's what I want to have. So disappointed.
Upon entering I had high hopes and was excited when greeted with great customer service. I had a polish change on my toes and it was a pretty decent experience. Unfortunately it went down hill from with my dip nails. The technician was very rough and focused on everything BUT my nails. He filed my pinky until it bled and drilled my pointer finger until it bled as well. I barely could put my jacket on when it was time to leave my hand were SO SORE! He then attempted to charge me extra for a shape I walked into the salon with. I told the owner and kind of just blew it off and was like ok I'll talk to him. Didn't offer anything else. Just stated my total and kept going.
