#1 Hair Salon in Cumming, GA

I went to get my hair highlighted this past Friday and the man did it- I am not sure if he was in a bad mood or what but he provided horrible service the entire time. I have gone two times before and have always left a great tip- he washed my hair with ice cold water and basically just threw the towel on my head to dry. When it was time to pay he asked If I had cash I said tip in cash, rest on card, he almost refused to take it, just kept waiting for me to take out more cash, thankfully I had enough cash for the full service because he did not reach out for the card. Will never go back.

I would leave a zero if I could. My 92 year old mom has been going here for 4 years. The female/owner there has cut her hair during those four years and has always listened to her and given her great haircuts until this year. She asks Mom how she wants it ( she should remember by now) and Mom tells her not to cut it too short, but she cuts it SUPER short with weird puff on top. Mom has NEVER worn her hair that short. Being 92 yrs old Mom is too shy to ask her why in the heck she decided to give her a butch haircut, pays her, tips her and goes home devastated not wanting to leave the house. Why this very with it elderly woman is being treated this way after 4 years of patronage is disrespectful and just plain mean. She will never go there again! Hope you don't either!

I called and made an appointment with Mai because she did a go job on a friend's hair. I got there 10 minutes early but the guy cut my hair even though I told them I had appointment with Mai. He spent exactly 8 minutes cutting my hair. Did not wash, sprayed me with a little water. i left there frizzy and cut was longer on one side. I went to MAK institute the next day and thank goodness they fixed the cut and texture. I Left there and met up with friends who agreed he did a hack job on me. Never go back and warn others to go to MAK or anywhere else

I have been coming here 6 or 8 years. I always get a good hair cut. I got tired of barbers constantly changing shops and having to search for someone new. Now if they soon reopen!
