Well, I went for the haircut, I told him what kind of haircut I want and I showed him the photo of my hairs. In the end. I told him that I asked you to make some Fleeks on the forehead but you cut all the hairs even then I didn't say anything to him and I told him its okay.
Then I tried to pay him his money then He said, I will not take it because you didn't give me the respect on the chair, So I will not take any money. Then he said, you don't know how to communicate. You didn't explain me well. I said, sorry might be you didn't understand something but he was like never come to my shop again and I said, you need to take the money because you did the work and I am supposed to pay but he said no. And he said, get out of my shop right now and he pushed me out of the shop.
I felt discriminated, I felt mentally harassed at this shop. I am going to take legal action against this shop because I am respectful person and I didn't say anything to him because I was with my family. I felt mentally harassed. I was not able to sleep the whole night.
I will never recommend anyone to go to this shop.
I was told that I couldn't get a haircut here because of my gender. All I needed was a fade and a tape up. Guess times haven't really changed...
Took my boys to get a haricut spur of the moment. I didn't want them just shaved off - I wanted it cut. One I wanted longer than the other. Told him. He spent a nice long time giving the boys clean haricuts and they walked out happy and looking like nice young men. For 18 dollars each. Perfect.
this is a genuine review. IM WARNING YOU!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! for $20 I walked out the same way I walked in. my cut took 10 mins.. I will not even go into all the details but very poor customer service. DONT GO HERE!!!!!
I gave Broadway Barber Shop a try a few months ago and only care to go there to get my haircuts. Agassi is always my barber.
When I first walked in we greeted each other, I sat down, and for some reason I didn't even say anything, I didn't need to tell him what I wanted. He took out his buzzer, put on the size of the whatever, and began to work on me. Because he possibly has decades of experience he knew what to do just by looking at how I had my hair. His hands moved as if he was sculpting. He was so careful and detailed with the scissors and his razor. I really liked how my hair turned out and I receive compliments every time.
