I am truly at a loss for words regarding the abysmal experience my wife had at this nail salon. The incompetence and utter disregard for her well-being exhibited by the staff members have left her with a pair of eyebrows that can only be described as utterly devastated and ruined. It is with a heavy heart that I attempt to articulate the magnitude of our disappointment through this review.

Upon entering the salon, we were greeted with false promises of professionalism and expertise. Alas, these claims proved to be nothing more than empty rhetoric. The so-called "experts" working on my wife's eyebrows showcased a level of ineptitude that bordered on artistic vandalism. The once graceful arches that adorned her face have now been transformed into uneven, misshapen lines that evoke a sense of despair.

The lack of attention to detail was appalling. It is as if the technicians possessed no understanding of the delicate artistry involved in shaping eyebrows. The reckless and careless plucking left behind visible gaps and asymmetry, completely obliterating the natural beauty my wife possessed. It is as if they were determined to sabotage her appearance rather than enhance it.

Furthermore, the absence of any sincere apology or effort to rectify the situation only exacerbated our distress. The staff's dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for their actions demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of accountability and professionalism in an establishment that claims to offer top-notch services.

In conclusion, I implore anyone considering visiting this nail salon to exercise extreme caution. Our experience serves as a cautionary tale of the devastating consequences that can arise when entrusted to individuals who lack the necessary skills and respect for their craft. The irreparable damage inflicted upon my wife's once stunning eyebrows has left us devastated, and we are left with no choice but to seek alternative means as of rectifying this disheartening situation.

The beauty industry should be a sanctuary for enhancing one's natural features, but our encounter with this salon has turned it into a nightmare. If I could give this place NO STARS I would! DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I booked a full set. I went there and while the technician is doing my nails I'm telling her the shape was too skinny and that the acrylic was not reaching to the other side of my nails so I could see my nail in the corners. She tried to add acrylic to the sides which essentially made the nails look uneven and bulky so I asked for a soak off instead. The concern went to the owner and the owner stated I would still have to pay for the full set and the soak off.  I tried to compromise by indicating I'm willing to pay for something but I'm not willing to pay for the full service because I'm dissatisfied. She stated she would call the police on me and proceeded to do so instead of trying to compromise to make the situation correct. She also over charged me after looking at the nail prices. She charged me $65 for when my service was only $55! SMH!

Love this salon! Nail technicians are friendly and prices are affordable. I've gotten my nails done 3 times here and I couldn't be happier with my results every time.

I never got a chance to get.my nails done they won't ask you to come back or multi-task rather they will have you wait and slowly focus on their appointments. Will never return  or recommend.

Dishonest and shabby work. Brought my 9 year old daughter in today on her birthday for a full acrylic set with gel color. The technician used colored acrylic instead, which is not what was requested. My child also has cuts on her cuticles and on the sides of her fingers and is still bleeding even after the service. Not child friendly, and they do what ever they feel, not what is requested. Lesson learned. I suppose it being a slow day is why the service for a 9yr old was upgraded. Fool me once shame on me. Not to mention this is the most basic set of nails with terrible shaping I've ever seen. Thanks for nothing.
