Wash, trim & curl $90 (no set) is just outrageous! I have 4C hair, so by the time I got home my hair was already fizzing up! Stylist wasn't informative about anything nor did she seem to want to be there! My first & last visit! No wonder there was nobody there on a Friday with 70 degree weather outside! Don't waste your time and money, there are stylist out here who are much more affordable and actually cares about the client! Whether you're a regular or newbie!

I loved this spot, however they got me today... $80 for a basic wash and semi blow dry with a 10 min pre wash oil treatment. And I used my own products..... I know inflation but she 1st said $90 and I said no way... then they come down to $80. And you did nothing special with my hair or ensured it was treated before you blow dried. And I provide you my brush......Will not return.
Under new management and not the same hair place that I've been to 6 months ago but I don't mind giving a new place a go. However, I would not go back again, the communication is severly lacking. The deets: I got my hair colored (like I've done many times before) and for some reason she bleached my hair and didn't even ask me if that was ok. Mind you, I have gotten this hair color many times before without bleach. I'm a little ignorant to the process so i thought she was coloring my hair the first time and then when she rinsed my hair and started putting something else on my hair I was like what are you doing? I honestly was very upset cause I did not want my hair bleached as I know it's not good for your hair. And honestly she should have made sure it was ok with me instead of going forward with it. The two stars are cause the color came out well but it would've come out good without the bleach that she should have asked me about. It's just plain good customer service to double check with the customer.
I went back to Zoraida and Jenny was there. She did not use a lot of heat and pin curled my hair for me she was awesome and I will definitely be coming back! Jenny only works thurs to Sunday. She is super nice (All of the young ladies are) :) and is very knowledgeable on what you want once you tell her.
