Zoom Tan is always clean, bulbs are always amazing and their sunless spray tans are so nice- they don't leave you orange. Employees are wonderful as well and very helpful. Love the Watertown salon!
Employees are personable and easy to talk to. They are never pushy when it comes to selling their products. UV booths are always clean and the waiting time is minimal if not nonexistent.
Lani was very helpful and it's a good place to tan. She is extremely useful with knowledge of the business and is always willing to help answer even if you think they are dumb questions. The product is very effective and gives you a glow even on the rainy days.
Really disappointed, Today my friend and I went in for $3 spray tans because they had a promotion going on, which is great that they offer such great promotions but when we got there at 8:45pm, 15 mins before they closed they had a 50 minute wait to spray tan. The reason for that is because they had one spray tan booth working. You would think a tanning place would have more than two booths for spray tanning,especially a chain company. Just really disappointed.
This is an absolute horrible business that is not consumer friendly, and lacks consistency. The girl working the front, upon starting a membership, said there was no need to cancel in person. When I moved and called to cancel (where you always have to leave a voicemail and have them hopefully return a call), I was told the exact opposite. Additionally, there is no number listed (even checked Google) to call the store directly. I would advise anyone to look for a different tanning salon other than this one. Lastly, they have one type of stand-up bed and you feel like a cattle being run through. Horrible experience all the way around.
