Zoom Tan - Tanning Salon in Troy, NY

I love coming into this salon so close to home! Melissa is amazing she always works her magic and is so good to me, she's a rockstar/super mom who kills it here! If you don't come here you're missing out! I always feel so much better after coming in!

I was with this company for a few years and had a monthly spray tan membership which I only used occasionally (maybe 3 times a year). Recently they raised their prices to $50 a month without notifying me at all and charged my card on file. I called immediately after seeing the raise and spoke with customer service requesting a refund for that month and a service cancellation. Customer service informed me I could only do that via email - which I did 4 times. 3 follow up phone calls and supposedly there isn't ever anyone who can do anything, there are no supervisors you can talk to - nothing. I probably would have cancelled for the summer and renewed again in the fall like I have previously but thanks to their poor customer service I will never renew and I will also not give any more referrals. Go elsewhere.

If you have ever become a member of St Croix Tanning, zoom tan bought all their account on them and keep charging their old customer without any notice. Check your credit card transactions and be aware than this business! They are just scam! They have been charging our credit cards last couple of months for close business! There is no one to talk with! Congratulation! Great business idea guy! Amazingly ridiculous scam! I just gonna cancel my credit card!

I had such a great experience here! Went here a day before my prom because the place I went to(SC tan) the day before was bad. I walked in and the young man and woman at the front desk were so nice and helpful. I told them my situation because I know nothing about spray tans and they suggested a level 2 clear. I was in and out in 10 minutes and I was perfectly tan for prom. Not sure what their names were but they're really great workers who know their stuff. I went again yesterday and saw the same young man and he was just as helpful as last time I went for a tan. Highly recommend here.

If I could give zero stars I would this whole business is horrible dint expect to get anything calling customer service they are zero help apparently you can only speak to customer service reps not the managers they screw you out of money completely they'll only let you pay with a card just to make more money that way because if you dont cancel your membership they will keep charging your card and dont think if you dont have money in your bank they'll stop they wont I just went to the bank and my balance js negative 22$ from them the beds suck theyp barely have any lotions to buy yet the few they do have are ridiculously priced I dont even understand how this business still exists to be honest
