Zoom Tan - Tanning Salon in Tampa, FL

I've ordered the service on and off for a few years but my latest service has been the worst. The spray tan is supposed to be heated but it is so freezing cold I can't even go for the spray tan. The advertisement says it's heated but it's not even close. Not worth the money you pay every month. Find a place that's heated.

Had a membership with Zoom tan for 8 years at 3 different locations.I was a very loyal customer.In the 8 years, I had to contact their customer service line a few time.Each time I did, I was always treated with an attitude of if you don't like it, you can leave.One time was when covid started just to ask if I could freeze my membership. The only reason I put up with such nastiness was the great price and the amazing customer service I received from Angel in south Tampa and Alisa in Wesley Chapel.The people in your offices could learn a lot on how to treat your customers from those two sisters.Found out a couple weeks ago that they were doubling my membership price.I get it with inflation it would go up, but it doubled.I talked to Alisa and she told me that I had options to keep the price lower than being doubled but was in a hurry and couldn't remember all she said.I called customer service to see what my options were and that's where you lost me as a client.I was treated like a bother.With the raising of your prices you no longer are the cheapest around to be able to treat people nasty and get away with it. House of Tans will get my money now.Angel and Alisa get five stars from me and thank them for many years of great customer service

After being on a monthly auto-charge plan for 10.99 a month for about 15 years, Zoom Tan arbitrarily raised my monthly rate to 42.90 and charged me this with NO NOTICE of any kind of the change! I cancelled my account as soon as I saw this. (BTW, I have not even used the service recently.) I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company, as Zoom is clearly unwilling to be ethical about this. I can't imagine that they will not lose a lot of customers over this. They are money hungry and willing to be fully unethical in their practices.

I cancelled my membership do to Zoom Tan not notifying me of the membership increase from $10.00 to $43.00 without warning. Then I cancelled my membership one day after them taking out money from my account for the following month. They would not give me a refund for something I cancelled. IMMORAL COMPANY!!!!

I've been coming to this location for a number of years, 6+ now, and I can say I've always had a great experience! The staff is friendly and always accommodating. The wait times can be long on Friday evenings especially if theres a holiday or upcoming event. The new Versa spray booths are next level and my tan has lasted longer than it ever has! I would say the only negative is the parking situation as it can get hectic but there are two accessible side streets you can use and just walk. 5 stars!
