Do not recommend, poor customer service. An attitude towards customer for asking details on packages should not be accompanied with a nasty attitude as if they are being inconvenienced
the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to us and had attitude for no reason when we were just trying to ask for help and sign up. it was our first time and she offered no help whatsoever and was mean about it. don't recommend this location, workers are mean
I went to this establishment and I asked the girl how I should tan and she said to come like three days in a row to get a base and I just did like seven minutes each time but I did get burned because of her advice. Then I went to cancel a week before my month was up and the girl said OK you're all canceled all set. And that was a different girl. So of course I got billed and it didn't cancel my membership so I spoke to corporate and they said that's because you have to cancel online and explain the situation and she still said you still have to pay. So that was poor customer service. And I just called them to make sure it's canceled again and the girl who's I spoke to unlock phone was not very helpful and pleasant or very nice. I would not recommend this business!!!!!
Came in a few minutes after close and the lady behind the desk was such a sweet heart and let me come in still. Honestly it was such great customer service and really thoughtful.
Well, I drove 20 minutes to get here and because of lack of childcare options I had my child in tow. I was just getting a spray tan and planned to bring him into the room with me. I was told I cannot bring him into the room and not only could they not give me any explanation as to why, I cannot find this policy anywhere on your website. This was really inconvenient it has made me A really unhappy customer - what type of salon or business is not accommodating to parents of children, especially when it's a 10 minute spray tan from a machine in a private room?
