I couldn't say enough great things about this salon! I don't tan too often, but when I do the employees are great. They answer questions, give tanning advice, and make recommendations that benefit the customer - not just to make money. The manager has assisted me a few times, and she was always so polite and helpful!
After posting my review, I was contacted by the district manger. She was beyond apologetic and understood how my experience led to my previous review. After speaking with her she went ahead & refunded me the charged amount of $80. She also let me know that during the month of April they run a special on yearly memberships, which I typically enroll in. We applied the credit to the discounted package & I couldn't have been happier. Its nice to see a company care about their customers reviews, enough to reach out to them and correct errors in service. I'm pleased at the way she handled the situation & will be tanning with Sun Tan City for the long haul.
This was my first time at this location and it is now definitely one of my favorites. The salon is brand new and super clean. The staff was not as knowledgable as I would have liked but I am a tanning regular so I knew what I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this salon for Sun Tan City regulars! They have a lot of great beds and upgrades.
Love this locations. All new beds and VersaPro Spray Tan. The staff is always nice and helpful and location is always clean. Highly recommend Vicky Yearly Birthday Special that usually comes out around June - Great deal.
