Zoom Zoom baby! Don't usually write reviews but I love this place aka my home away from home. Never had an issue or a problem in years. Super sweet manager and staff. Clean, friendly, inviting, relaxing, what is there not to love about Ithaca Zoom Tan? These girls are doing an amazing job.
My friend and I were getting spray tans for our first time ever and our friend recommended zoom tan in ithaca. When we get there the employee that "helped" us, her name was Ashley was very rude from the beginning. She had a snobby attitude like we weren't good enough to be there and when we asked what to do when we got in the room because we had no clue because it was our first time she just rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and said you'll figure it out when you get in there and then she said the room name rudely and didn't say anything else. So when we got in there, of course it said out loud what to do but we couldn't hear it that well and it messed up our 30$ spray tan. Our friend that suggested we go there said that the employees told you what to do before you even got in there. And now our spray tans don't look good and we want a refund or atleast another free spray tan with an employee telling us what we need to do before we go in there. I hope we don't have to deal with Ashley again.
