Zona Salons (Zona Weymouth Has Moved) in Norwell, MA

I don't usually write reviews BUT I had such a great experience and honestly, this is the prettiest I've felt in a long time. I almost cried happy tears after seeing the end result. I wanted to thank Danielle for the amazing highlights and the trim. I've never seen anyone work so efficiently while also making me feel so at ease and comfortable. She was so much fun to talk to, was making sure water temperature was comfortable, checking to make sure I didn't feel any pulling when brushing out my hair, etc. I felt absolutely zero discomfort at any point whatsoever, everything was relaxing--I just thought it was really sweet. To me, it shows she takes pride in her work and cares about her clients. AND--she matched the reference photos so well it's unbelievable. And Priscilla was so cool and happy to help with this gorgeous blowout. Thank you so much. I'm a happy gal!

I was very disappointed with the services at this salon. The front desk was very rude and in comparing my receipts from same services at this and another Aveda salon, saw that I was paying $50 more for the same service. I was charged $25 for using Aveda color at this Zona Aveda salon, not that there was even a choice of color product, and another $25 for "glossing" treatment which the other Aveda salon doesn't charge for or even consider a chargeable service. I was very dissatisfied with Zona and will not return to this salon or recommend it to anyone.

Poor customer service. Poor hair stylist Unprofessional Didn't listen to what I wanted Kept telling me my HHA it was too thick needed to be thinned. And even when I said No, I don't want to have my hair thinned, she went ahead and did it. Went home with an uneven, extremely thinned hair. When all I went in for was a trim of 3/4- 1inch. The ends were also cut unevenly side to side. Will not return there.

Zona Salon is iconic in Boston/South Shore! My mother used to go to the Boston salon in the 60's. Needless to say the family knows the hair business and therefore how to hire stylists. Heather Marshman is a young stylist who is dedicated to her craft. Fabulous for short cuts which always tells you a stylist's level of perfection. Meredith listens to her customers but is not afraid to add her take on what would look great! The salon is very pleasant with ample room for privacy. Receptionists work hard at accommodating client's needs. I think the original Zona's would be very happy with their legacy!!!

Rude person whoever is scheduling the appointments and managing front desk. Why would you interact with this person. They convinced me to cancel my appointment over a call by just talking rudely. I have a friend who said the exact same thing earlier but still wanted to check it out. We are both POC and they have files maintained. Wanted to get a haircut with Heather but you're losing business because of this person.
