My hair wash was just not a proper hair wash- the product was just not worked into my scalp. My bangs are botched and the length of my hair is uneven! I've never had hair fall on my face or on my clothes during a haircut and I was covered in hair after my appointment! I enjoyed the conversation with my stylist though.
I went here to get my prom hair done and Nathan did an amazing job!! He gave me the hair design I asked for!!! Nathan was super nice and made me feel special as it is my senior prom. 20/10 recommend him to do my hair again. Keep conversation going and make my first time at Zen an amazing experience. I would go there again to get my hair done!
Lexi Goodale is a fantastic stylist! I always leave with my color and cut exactly like I wanted it. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in color and it shows! I also love her bubbly personality! I'd highly recommend Lexi for all your hair needs!
Bad service, I asked for a root touch up and the hair stylist clearly had no idea what that was because she wasted 2 hours putting brown dye over my black hair then acted like there was a difference when there was no difference from when I had walked in 2 hours earlier. Dye seemed cheap and it ended up darkening my hair when I wanted it to be lightened which i very specifically said. dont go here if you are a person of color because they don't know what they are doing unless you are blonde and white and look like them. I have been trying to get a refund but the owner doesn't seem to care "call me." Ive been waiting for 4 days now. Poor service overall. Save your time and money.
