I came in and asked for nails to be soaked off and the lady proceeded to grab an a acrylic nail to aggressively pop it off. When I specifically asked for it to be soaked off. Then when she realized she was unsuccessful in getting my nails off after the excruciating pain it was visually causing me, I finally asked her to stop and soak it off. She got up and began the process of removing my nails the way I asked and forcefully cut and file my nails. When that was finished she proceeded to put oil on my nails and hand WITH the powder from the file STILL on my nails. I got up to wash my hands and she went to cash me out charging me $15 instead of the usual $10 with having the most unpleasant experience. I would never recommend this salon every time I decide to give them a chance the experience is worse compared to the last.
This is probably one of the worst salons in the state! I don't know who the owner is but I keep hearing the name Emily. Emily needs to hire new nail techs that are younger nicer and More En Vogue with overall current trends. I have spent at a nice small fortune at this place for constant disappointment so I guess it's my fault because I don't want to travel out further because of covid. That's another thing they definitely do not follow Covid business guidelines by any means! They are also opportunist and will cheat you of your money if you allow it. I will never recommend this place to anyone again!

I've been going here for 4 years , as long as you schedule an appointment you'll be fine ! They are pretty booked so walk-ins aren't the best option . Friendly nail technicians , clean equipment, & relaxing environment.
They're always busy and there's always a wait to matter how many techs they have on... Specifically have gone to them for acrylics and the shape wasn't right and neither was the design, and they said if I didn't want to pay they'd take off the nails, but I just wanted them to be fixed.. Figured I'd give them a try for pedicures, boy was I wrong... my feet looked almost the same to when I walked in, except he cut all of my toenails I've been growing out, off and he scrubbed too hard behind my toes so I have cuts.. won't be returning. Actually referred another upset customer to the place I get my acrylics done regularly.
