This place is the WORST. They didn't listen to anything I wanted and my nails looked awful and chunky. The last also rounded my toenails making them a completely different shape then what they naturally look like. First time I've ever had that experience. Toenail paint chipped in about 1.5 weeks. Very overpriced for quality.
My mail professional is Thuy and she does a wonderful job and makes sure I am happy with the service before I leave. I am clumsy and dropped a canned soda and they cleaned it up and I broke a bottle of polish I brought in and they cleaned that up. Very professional and friendly. I recommend.
Yesterday was supposed to be a treat with my mom in town and a visit to Zen where I've been going for over a year and LOVED. The manager put the wrong color on my nails and I DO NOT like it at all. I've never done all glitter so I assumed there would be a layer changing the color of the glitter at the end. I made a comment half way through about it not looking like I thought it should look. When done I compared my hands to example color and it was NO WHERE near the right color. Manager literally said it was MY FAULT for her picking the wrong color and wanted to charge full amount. I wanted it fixed because I was so excited to get the color I selected and she was not willing to do that. I am now stuck with horrible nails for 2-3 weeks or have to spend 2 hours to get it done right somewhere else and I'm a busy mom of 4. I don't have the time. I LOVED coming here. The friendship was much more important to me than the money. She told me to NEVER come back and said that in front of several other customers. I was FLOORED. I seriously wanted to cry. Referred people here and I loved our biweekly visits. I never thought she would not want to fix the mess up. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. I would have absolutely redone a customers nails if I made a mistake. It's the right thing to do.
Saw what these people were doing on the news. Amid the shut down, these people are working hard and putting in the time to make this world a better place. The workers and community volunteers are here making masks and patient gowns. WOW!
