I've been coming here for years. I've always had excellent service. It's a great salon!
Very unclean place, rude people. Don't bother calling for an appt. Because they set appointments up but sat there waiting our turn for 30min. So what's the point of the appt being made. And everything is just dirty. No wonder people have said they have gotten funguses and infection on their nails/fingers and such after. The lady that did my nails was moving so fast and so sloppy at the end. Like she needed to get it done because she was in a hurry. Very rough. And her area was gross. Not even clean or nothing sanitized after the last person. So very disappointed in this place. Very unprofessional: and very dirty. Do not go there.
UPDATE****** I tried to call back this morning and ask for a refund again because one of my toes is now infected. The owner was so nasty to me and refused to give a refund, and ended up hanging up on me mid conversation. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hope these reviews save other people from the same experience I have had. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The polish never dried 4 hours later. My nails were filed crooked and the polish wasn't all the way to the edge. I had to take it off the same night and redo it myself. I called about it the next morning and the conversation wasn't super friendly. They tried to tell me this was normal and that it looked good. I'm a licensed cosmetologist of almost 15 years and have done many pedicures myself, this is unacceptable.They won't offer a refund just a re polish and I like what I did better so I don't want it taken off.
I've never had a bad experience and I'm very picky. Love this Salon.
