My hair is bleached so I had to email to schedule an appointment. The salon got back to me quickly and were helpful in answering my questions beforehand. Even when I needed to cancel my appointment, they asked if I wanted to reschedule. As it turns out, I did need to reschedule, so I'm glad they asked so I didn't lose the deposit. I live in Virginia, so it's a hike to the salon. But Meisha did such a wonderful job that it was worth it and I would go back. It was a little confusing finding their unit, but I called and they kindly directed me the right way. I was impressed at how efficient Meisha was. Usually bleaching my roots is a 3+ hour appointment, but she cut, bleached and styled my hair in 2.5 hours. Really appreciated that. And the cut and color was the bomb! She really understands hair. Don't walk, run to make an appointment at Zeal!
This place is very well decorated !! The service was great! The salon owner Meisha has a great personality. She made the very first time memorable! I loved my hair it was nice!!! She is my stand by stylist but I will make sure to get her at least once or twice a month.
Meisha the head stylist and owner is phenomenal. She is very punctual and a business savvy person. She caters to your needs and also is able to get you in and out and no long waits. Way to go Meisha! Also Shanda, Shay and Krystal are awesome wirh braids, weaves and makeup respectively.
Best salon experience I've had in the DMV. All the ladies were very accommodating and masters of their craft. Meisha exceeded my expectations for my new look with a custom cut and color that complimented my features. I will definitely be making the trip from VA to have all of my hair care needs met at her stylish salon.
