omg this is the worst place ever very very rude paid 116 dallors for a full set and just a regular nail polish on toes!!! nails fell off within a couple days and they refused to fix them for free!!! there products are trash and then wanted me to pay for another fill and wanted to charge for my broken nails!!! would never recommend and is the worst place in Jackson!! Had a appt and still waited a hr If u want gd nails stay away from this place they rip ppl off And god forbid u have a credit card, they charge for that too smh
This place is a joke. Over priced for nails that look like a 6 year old did them. Very disappointing
I've gotten my nails done here frequently and have adjusted to the price increase, discount for cash etc.. Today was the last visit. Rosie who appears to be the Manager is unprofessional! She challenged me several times regarding a decision to have a regular manicure instead of shellac. I periodically like to trim my nails and take a break from shellac and the required maintenance. If you are going to offer the option of a regular manicure, don't hassle customers who chose this option. I know enough to realize it's not going to last as long as shellac. It will be a good chance for me to let my natural nails breathe a bit. Time to go elsewhere!
I hadn't been here in years because of past ownership, but was in a pinch and needed to get in somewhere. I was informed they had new owners and they were accommodating, got in me and out fairly quick and it has been the longest my shellac has ever stayed on. Bonus, they remembered me coming back only after one visit. I suggest you give them a shot!
They rush and don't take no effort and time into our nails. Not worth the money sloppy and wasn't worth the wait either.
