I wish I could leave a negative review I placed an appointment online for two people when I got there they had accepted people before my appointment which meant I was no longer able to be served don't ever come here they were really Unapologetic and didn't give a crap
I stopped in here on a Sunday to get a cut and color. My stylist name was Hannah, a young lady. I decided to go with black coloring. She didn't speak to me the entire time she did my hair. I had horrible staining around my hairline that she didn't even bother to get off. So I became a little salty and asked for some of the stain remover to take home. She goes to trim my hair and asks if I want half an inch taken off. Seriously lady? What the heck is half an inch gonna do?? I tell her at least an inch. She still does half an inch if I'm lucky. Absolutely the worst service, cut and color I've ever had. And I paid $70! Never ever again will I go there
I called ahead to put my name on the list for haircut....the person was very friendly and helpful.,i showed up at my listed time to find one of the employees on the phone....she never acknowledged me or made eye contact for at least 5 minutes...or it seemed that long...I left...would not go back
Some of the worst hair cut my family has ever gotten. The staff acted like we were an inconvenience. When they greeted us ( and all other costumers) with a "what do you need" in a clearly annoyed voice that should have be a red flag, but when 2 people come in to complain about the services they recived we should have ran.
