Youngs Hair Salon in Aurora, CO

This place knows it's way around a Korean digital perm! I've been getting these perms for 8 years and i needed a go-to place in Denver. I asked for layers and a medium barrel (they have 3 sizes) and they knew EXACTLY what I meant! I got a phenomenal haircut before the perm with lovely round layers (feathering also to give movement), then the perm itself came out beautifully! Perfect, springy, healthy curls with lots of movement!

If i could give no star i would to this place. If you want professional and proper haircut DONT COME HERE! The owner is soooooo rude. She was talking shit with her korea workers thinking i wont understand. I got a haircut & i hated it & i asked her to change it she got soooooo mad and didnt want to fix it. But i had a huge event that night i even made an appointment weeks before and she made me wait 30 mins and she was cutting 2 people at the same time using the same scissors and even if she drops her stuff she dont whip them or wash them she just uses it on her costumers hair. I begged her to fix it what kind of a person does that? What kind of a business owner does that to their costumer? The. After getting so mad she tried fixed it & women hair cut us usually 30 & she tried to charge me $ 50 & my hair is already so short & she made it so much worse and tried to make me pay more and thats the owner? Dont come here their service sucks trust me!

Really regret coming here. The customer service was the worst I had ever experienced. I paid and got out of there as fast as I could. The whole time, the cut was not looking right and the lady that cut my hair was really rough. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and hoped that it would get better. But it never did and when she stopped cutting, she began to blow dry it before I could ask to cut off another inch. When I did, the lady threw a fit and said, "but I finished".  She then began to speak to her coworker in Korean (which I understand) and said, "he wants another inch after I already am done, I can't believe it". Like isn't it your job to make sure your customer is satisfied? Or at least say it nicely. She then threw the drape over me extremely aggressively and I just asked to pay. The hair wasn't even close to the picture. Don't come here if you care about your hair, seriously.

This salon changed owners a few years ago and unfortunately, the new stylist, though nice, works to her own ideas. Twice, I've come for a haircut in the past year. And both times walked out with a much different haircut than what was originally asked. The first time, I thought it was a miscommunication so I tried again yesterday thinking it'll be better. I asked for a few inches off, refresh the layers and that's it. She cut off a full 8" before asking if it's okay (no... but by then, well, it's too late), then tried to give me a bob with bangs. The layers are very messy. Also, I had to ask her to dry my hair after. I will likely go to another salon now to fix it.

Note that this salon is actually Lee Ka Ja. I hate to give a poor review but I wouldn't recommend it.

Horrible. The old lady with the short hair didnt know what she was doing. I had to tell her what to do. Still managed to fuck it up.
