Kim is good at what she dose but the individuals do not last as long as they should for 30 dollars. Also the NEVER answer the phones. What's the point in a store phone if we can't call the store and speak to someone that's crazy.
Very unprofessional. She gossip entirely to much, I got individual lashes on a Monday and half of them had come off by that Thursday morning went back she had attitude and wanted me to pay 15 more dollars to fix them. She does not use the proper glue to make the lashes last two weeks.
