Hi Erica, I was expecting a call from you today which I didn't receive, so it seems I need to follow up here. Nowhere in your response you acknowledged the terrible result you can see in the pictures, instead you blame your client why she didn't complain at the check out! And say how wonderful your nail technician is!! It was 6:30 pm, you had closed down the salon and all your colleagues were gone, just one person was at the front desk to have me pay and leave. What would that change and how would you make it right had I complained to your cashier?! Your technician used an electric machine all over the dry skin around the nails, it hurt and I even asked her why at least she doesn't use a drop of coticule remover to make it softer, if not soaking my fingers in water. She simply replied she knew what she was doing, and resulted in leaving scars on my finger tips and not having my coticules removed completely in a straight line. Also all the nail polish is around the edges as you can clearly see!

Amber is amazing! I started going to her since I moved to San Diego and it has now been 6 years! She is great at what she does. She a great stylist and consultant. Every time I go she always makes sure to ask for my input, she's very detail oriented and delivers top quality service. My hair always ends up smelling great, I feel revitalized and she makes sure to take her time. I will not risk going to anyone else, finding a great stylist like Amber is such a rare occurrence. I love her!

Heather is amazing! I read so many great customers reviews about her & just finished my first haircut and I am SO happy. I am 4 months out from my wedding & was a little nervous to about going to a new salon/stylist and she exceeded my expectations! I have long hair and asked for long layers. She has such a detailed intake to make sure you are both on the same page & she gave me great hair care tips + styling tips. I will 100% get my haircut by Heather again & again!
