I went there paid 350.00 for permanent brows 125.00 of it was supposed to go towards a brow retouch between 4 to 6 weeks. When I tried to go back for my brow retouch they where on vacation. I finally reached them and she scheduled me during week 7 the 8th of Nov 2016 at 2pm although she said it was the 7th of Nov a day the are closed. I called to confirm the appointment and was told I was not in the book for that week. I told the receptionist I guess to please schedule me because one brow is long and thick and the other is short and thin. She told me she put me in the book for the 16th of Nov 2016 which is today. I went to the salon and the brow girl told me she could do my brows if I gave her an extra 100.00. I told her I was not going to give her another dime and left. I thought it was empty in their because they were on top of their appointments. Something else is going on there. I only wish knew what those bad reviews were and I don't because they are in Spanish.
