Arrived at 5:27pm, another ethnicity was let in. I was told they were closed. Complete and utterly racial profiling. As an African American woman to see this is still happening is disappointing to say the least.
Sometimes I get a fairly decent pixie cut. If your going to get it short why pay more. My mistake again. Husband said don't go back they butchered your hair. So finally learned my lesson!
Amazing customer service , great staff, very friendly, helpful and great hair cuts ! In fact , they also offer color service witch Paul Mitchell products. I'm all here for that. They promote healthy hair also
I made an appointment online at 10:30am for a 1:30pm time frame. It was accepted.
I arrived at 1:20 for my 1:30 appointment.
Sign on door closed be back at 2:30.
At 2:50pm. 2 stylist arrived.
I told them I had a 130 appointment it was now 2:50 what happened? They said they were gone to lunch. So they close the business so they both could go to lunch at the same time and ignored my appointment. And I brought this to their attention that one lady was extremely rude.
She told my appointment was not in the system. I got a confirmation, so they had it.
Bottom line they both wanted to go have an hour and a half hour to 45 minute lunch and ignore the customer. While I sit in my truck waiting all this time I saw eight different customers come to the door and try and walk away. The lady who is normally what appears to me to be the manager was not thete that day. So while the cats away the mice play.
