Yessica's Nails & Spa in Netcong, NJ

I stopped to get my nails fixed after getting them done originally somewhere else. Yessica did the most beautiful job. She reshaped them and helped me pick the perfect color. I also got a pedi while I was there. It's a simple, clean and quiet environment. The people are friendly and converse like old friends in both Spanish and English.

I'm fairly new to the area and Yessica's was where I went for an acrylic fill. Yessica is the first person ever to get the shape and length perfect every time. She spends time shaping and filing and closely examines my nails after she finishes. She also takes appointments, actually writes them down and is always ready for me when I come in. I can't recommend Yessica's enough.

If I could've given this place a minus star I would. I went into Yessica's for a pedicure. I was sent to this girl, who couldn't speak English nor did she know what she was doing. The owner and another technician kept translating what I requested from her. Finally thought she was finished and I said..."You need to go over certain areas". Of course she didn't understand. The owner said she needed to use another tool, however, it would be $12.00 more. She said..."The girl, who was doing my pedicure, didn't know how to use the tool. She said I would have to wait for this girl Deb to complete the job. Deb did not do anything and this girl continued. I called and expressed how unhappy I was. I was told to come in. The owner wasn't there, but the girl, behind the desk called her. I told her I paid $40.00 for a pedicure and it was a terrible job. I am requesting the pedicure be repeated. She was very nasty...She said...No... to repeating the pedicure and almost had me in tears because she was so nasty. She finally agreed to refund my money. Nobody should be treated this way and the owner should get experienced techs....Who ever heard of paying $40.00 for a pedicure...Awful place... Just terribly. Don't go there.. Horrible

Very happy with this place the people are professional. The place is clean. I go every few weeks for my gel manicure and I am very satisfied. I travel from Andover Township to come here. That says something.

I haven't gotten my nails done in years so I decided to treat myself. They were very busy but gladly fit me for an appointment in which I appreciated. They took me on time and the tech got busy right away. i was initially impressed on the care she took cleaning up my nails. She was gentle and thorough. She really took her time prepping and polishing my nails and was meticulous making sure the application was smooth and perfect, leaving no traces of polish on my fingers. I was also very impressed that after the polish was cured, she went over every part of my nails with an file to remove any rough patches, nobody has ever done this and I usually have to do it when I get home. it wasn't a quick in an out place, they value their work and the outcome shows! I don't live in town but will gladly make the trip to come back.
