I walked in with natural hair thick and afro and Juana helped me out with a keratin tx. I got ot twice because my hair grew 2 inches in one month. Thats great for me and the process was long and you need a mask for the keratin fumes I liked her service however I dont like people flat ironing my hair after a wash & set , blower and flat iron. My hair doesn't need a flat iron after being blown out. I think its too much heat for my liking. So unfortunately I won't return because I noticed some breakage. I grew my hair for many years, to now experience breakage at the hands of someone else and not my own doing is unacceptable Otherwise its good service and affordable, very nice ladies there :)

Worst wash and set EVER!! I am a black woman and I felt the funny energy when I walked in..Nobody greeted me I had to ask for the wash and set... the ladies acted like they couldn't understand me or didn't want to..literally I had to google translate that I wanted a wash and set with a deep condition.. after the wash she started sectioning my hair to blow dry I had to reiterate that I wanted a roller set..after the roller set she put so much heat with this old ass blow dryer my hair currently smells burnt!!! Listen is you're a WOC don't waste your time or money here!!! Just terrible!!
