Yandi Spa in Mt Laurel Township, NJ

Have been coming to Neena for the last two years for eyebrow threading. She really spends her time with each client and never rushes you, which I have experienced at other places. She will clean up each hair if you want and really delivers on consistency. She is also so kind and remembers me and my family every time we come by. Eyebrow threading is a bit expensive, but it is worth it to make sure they are done properly. Will be a repeat customer for years to come!

Wow! My skin feels amazing after having this facial with Neena! She took her time and was very friendly. Can't wait to go back for my next one! They have so many services in the spa, such as, hair, massage, threading, facials and so much more. Love it here! :)

My rating is based on eyebrow threading services since I have not tried anything else but plan on getting a massage or facial in the near future. The reason for four stars instead of five is because the quality of the finished product is not always consistent which could be the result of an off day or simply my eyebrows being uncooperative but either way, I always leave beyond satisfied. I've been coming here since March and I've been back every 2-3 weeks. I have gotten threaded by three wonderful, personable ladies, Kinjal, Neena, and Angina (not sure if that's how it's spelt), all who have done amazing jobs. I highly recommend coming here for eyebrow threading if you are in the Mt. Laurel area. Yandi Spa is conveniently located in a plaza directly off Route 38.

I was disappointed in this spa. I had high hopes for it, but at best, it was very mediocre. I decided to try it because they had a Groupon for a facial and a massage. My appointments were on Saturday, March 31, 2018. I was not greeted warmly, so things did not start off well. I got the feeling that the massage therapist, Jaqueena, who checked me in, did not want to be there. The massage itself was ok. It was not the worst I've ever had but it was definitely not the best either. It lasted 48 minutes. The massage therapist, Jaqueena, did a good foot rub. Other than that it was a basic Swedish massage, that felt like she was just going through the motions. It seemed like she couldn't wait to be done with it, based on her behavior. It was also very distracting when she kept stopping the massage to apply more lotion or oil to her hands. Then she stopped to answer her cell phone, so left the room for several minutes and came back! The phone rang and she said something like, Do you mind if I answer this, it's my son? This was as she walked out of the room. Then she was gone for several minutes. She walked back in, announced herself, but never apologized for the interruption. Her cell phone was also on vibrate so I could hear it, and she looked at and answered, at least 2 texts during my massage. That was extremely unprofessional! In all my years of getting massages, this has never happened to me. I understand that if you're a parent with children, emergencies can occur and they may need to reach you. This obviously was not an emergency, because she stayed and continued the massage. The esthetician, Anjana, was very nice. However, the facial was not very good and her hands were so extremely cold, it was uncomfortable. It was as if she dunked her hands in ice water before she touched my face. They didn't warm up either. It was very odd. The facial consisted of cleansing, exfoliating, mask, and moisturize, and some massage, while the mask dried. The cleansers and other things she applied were dripping off my face, like she put on too much. That was strange. No extractions were done, which is usually done when you get a facial. She was very nice and really tried, but the facial was unimpressive. I tipped each woman $20 because I'm generous, and I was in a good mood. I have to say though, the massage therapist should have only gotten $10 if that; because she left the room to take a phone call, had her phone on vibrate so I could hear texts coming in, and she texted during my massage. I would not get back to this salon, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I would have spoken to the owner before I left, but she was not there. I never heard from the salon, so either they don't read Yelp reviews, or don't care.

I got my hair done here for my senior prom! Everything was perfect and the people working there were very, very nice. I was offered water, soda, even pizza while my mom and I waited. My hair did not take long at all and the woman who did my hair did a beautiful job. My hair lasted the whole night (even lasted through the dancing!!!!!). I wish I found out about this place sooner. The prices were cheap and my hairdresser was amazing. I would definitely recommend getting your hair done here.
