I was recommended here for a balayage and did not regret it! Katie did an amazing job and has excellent customer service! She did not disappoint me with the results. She definitely knew what she was doing and was very optimistic of me leaving satisfied! Love love love the final look! Definitely will come back!
This was my first time going to this salon but I won't be returning. I walked into this very small salon and they couldn't fine my appointment I had scheduled the day before for a hair cut and a wax. I finally got sat down and explained I just wanted a trim. I was told by the stylist I should have brought in a pic. of what I wanted it to look like. The other stylist looked so unprofessional. I usually think when you are in this type of business you are a walking billboard for your business and wearing hooded sweatshirts, jeans and your hair pulled back isn't giving the best impression. The stylist next to use got done with her client and then started talking on her cell phone complaining about her client and how she had to go pick up her kids by 4. Normally for a hair cut it takes at least an hour if not more. I was in and out in 25min. I just want to get out of there that I don't tell her I didn't get my wax. For the quality and experience I got save your money and go to Great Clips or Fantastic Sam's.

This is a new salon that just opened up which is not too far from Rockwoods and Fitness 101 in Otsego. This salon has learned from the mistakes that other salons make by crowding too many people into a small space where you feel like you are tripping over everyone. There is plenty of room for clients in the salon and it is a very professional atmosphere. The design and construction on the inside does not look like they just slapped it together. It looks professionally done and all the employees are professional also. If you currently have a stylist or are looking for one, I would suggest checking this place out as it is 100% worth it.
