Xpert Haircuts, Inc. in Anderson, CA

I have had some good haircuts here and also some OK haircuts but never a bad haircut. My one big gripe is that this place seems incapable of opening on time which I find very disrespectful as a customer. I've been here where they were a little bit late and also times where they were 30 minutes or a couple hours late.

i went in for a haircut today because i needed a haircut asap. she had did the shampoo and brushing beautifully but when it came to the end not sure what her name was but there were a few customers waiting just a few walk ins i'm assuming as i was because they were the only opening and not had a waiting time( because i called in before) n they had just had openings. the person cutting my hair had said " there probably wanting there hair done too" my hair was only half way curled. half of it was straight. i showed a picture because i needed layers. i had paid for a hair cut,style,and wash. $40+$5 tip. she had cut my hair really fast too with the layers. i couldn't see it when she was done she had showed me just the front pieces and had rushed me out of the chair. i had mentioned a trim and she did good. but i had also mentioned i wanted my front pieces evened out right before my actual haircut and she didn't do that. assuming because people were waiting. nothing was sanitary and she had used a comb as first to brush but then used her hands to brush and kept scratching my neck with her nails..this was the anderson area.

I have attempted to take my kids here at least 5 times over the past 6 months. Each time, they are either closing before their posted hours or not taking anymore cuts for the day (even several hours before closing). They don't take appointments. There has to be a better way to do business. For now, I'll take our business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. Two times I have been here and both times not good. The first time, the staff was talking with a coworker about how she is not comfortable cutting hair yet. Great conversation to hear before they call you name. Today the manager was talk about how the other person is always late and left the place dirty. Went on to say that if the "board" walked it to look around it would be bad. Then sat down for haircut and she grabbed the comb and clipper piece from the soiled side and cut my hair.

I don't like the manager at the Anderson store. A know it all. Cut my hair wrong, I went back even though I was afraid to ask her to fix it, she charged me again. I paid $44 to get a ok senior okay hair cut and tipped $10 the first time any only $5 the second time. $22 for each time. . I went to finial cut on balls ferry. Senior discount $18.
