Do not come here, RUN. As a neighborhood business owner woman myself, I came here to get a nail fill. It was close to closing time, they were extremely rude when my Apple App wouldn't work. I figured it out through the Zelle app but they were like you can't leave without paying for services. I have hundreds to thousands in my bank accounts which I showed her for a 40$ service? Their response was you can't leave or we will take off your nails! Threatening assault. Wow!!! Please no one go here!!! The older mom went to lock the door on me???!?! She prevented me from texting my husband thinking I was taking pictures of her salon? These are not good people!! Please SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL customer service between the supposed manager and her mom??? Do Not support this horrible place!!! JENNY however was wonderful!!! She's a treasure that needs to work somewhere else. Oh and I have a 15,000$ wedding ring on my finger. I am also reporting them to the BBB asap and contacted my business lawyer for a small claims suit. I am reporting them to the authorities for possible assault and harassment. No one deserves that level of disrespect, uncaring, and discrimination.
overall an ok experience. the salon I wanted to go to had a 30 minute wait, so I went up the road a bit and found this place.. I liked that they got me in within a couple minutes for my pedicure.. nothing special about this place or service
This is my 2nd time going to this salon. Everyone is very kind and friendly. The salon seems pretty busy with a lot of regulars. I was a walk in at the end of the day so I do appreciate them taking me last minute. Yen took her time to fix my nails that were messed up from a previous visit. She was very attentive and took her time. My nails were damaged from nail techs elsewhere and I asked if I should get builder gel instead of a regular gel mani and Yen took the time to educate me on proper nail care and told me how to get my nails strong again before getting builder gel. I appreciate the fact that she was honest and cared about my nails rather than trying to upsell me for a more expensive service. I definitely recommend this salon and will be back and I even referred my sister to go see Yen for her next set.
