New owners...beware....I spent 4 hours at this salon. The only thing they did semi decent were my feet. The nail tech and owner were nice. I spent $75. I'm not even sure if they are licensed. I had to go to another salon the next day. Imagine the pain of removing fresh nails.
They asked me to go to Food Lion to get cash because the credit card machine was not working....then charged me $55 for mani and pedi when the listed price is $37. I tipped well because I know these are tough times but it does not justify overcharging. Not honest. Never coming back again.
First of all not a great experience there. The owner is the same owner the use to work in Carrboro Plaza at that nail salon. I believe in trying again but I see they are still the same. Well Kim and Alex jetted on all their customers without a notice then we walk in to different owner that was the owner to the Nail place in Carrboro Plaza. Well the owner was rude on the day I can in just like she was before at the other. Don't speak or talk but will change up prices on you. You look at the price board it's one price but when you pay it's a higher price. The owner and her son were going back and forward taking about it in their language. I told them I would not be back because they doing the same mess again like before. This happened almost 2 months. They have lost a valuable customer.
Well.... being new to the area and in desperate need of a fill in after two weeks of moving and unpacking I found this salon not far from the new house. In desperation I called and got in! Two people were working but the lady I spoke to passed me off to a gentleman to "help me"! well I wear stiletto shape and he not only didn't reshape them he also did not smooth the fill in out. I opted for regular polish and was set under a dryer that stated when your done your nails will be dried to perfection! NOT.... three smudged in 3 min. and they look like crap! Even painted my cuticals... will go somewhere else tomorrow ( 4 days later) to have them fixed!!!
First time here and looking forward for the next time I come for another manicure and pedicure
