I will never go back. horrible. Very rushed from start to finish. When she couldn't upgrade from a regular pedicure to a special one she got an attitude Did not put on a base coat. From the time I waslked in unti I left 25 minutes
What in the ever living God?! Now I can see why this place gets horrible reviews. Very rude lady who worked on me. She would not let me talk when I kept trying to say that her nail lamp kept going out. I was in a bit of a rush and all I needed was for my nail dip to be removed. In the middle of it- she gets up and takes another client instead of finishing! So I removed my own polish. She then has the audacity to tell me she normally charges more. You can see in my picture she didn't finish taking off the polish and left my nails with weird, flat ends.
I've been here before for pedicures, but this time, the tech seemed very bored with the procedure. I had a "regular" pedicure. She messed up the big toe on my right foot polishing it. I discovered this as I was leaving. I never bumped it on anything. She appeared to fix it, but when I got outside, it was even worse in the light. I did not have time to go back and have it fixed twice. And there was just too much talking going on with the tech next to us; talking to her client and then speaking her language to the tech working on my feet. It was very annoying and not relaxing at all. I most likely will not go back. I had to go home and fix the toenail polish myself with polish not quite matching what I had chosen, and for a total of $40. that is just not acceptable. There is too much talking going on in this spa.
I've been to this salon numerous times, and each time I've gotten a gel manicure that chips completely off within 24 hours. Yes, my nails are short and hard to paint, but I've received manicures for years with short nails and it still lasts well over a week. It seems they do not apply the base cost properly either that or the polish quality is subpar. Very disappointed. $27 plus a $6 tip only to be ruined in less than 24 hours. No nail biting or tough on nail activities, just peels off on its own.
I have gone to X-Cited nails for 10 years plus. Always timely , always clean. Cleanliness is super important to me. I always get pedicures and have never had a problem . Helen even took wonderful care of my Dads feet when he couldn't . I am grateful for the compassion . I always recommend them to others .
