Ok, let me tell you... I've had hundreds of facials, if not more. (Used to be in the industry, family biz still is, and that's probably why I had a difficult time at first of actually having to pay for facials when I got to this country). This review is for the facials I have with Andrea. It is top notch! I love her technique, massage pressure, and her knowledge of the skin/skincare and beauty industry. I also love how she maximizes time and doesn't waste time (for example, if we're waiting for a facial mask, she's massaging the neck or scalp or hands just keeping busy which is a plus for me cos that's value for money!) One important step for me is the cleaning/pricking and she does that well for me too. I come home with glowing skin after coming from Woodhouse! Love my Minkyti Facials with Andrea!

Y'all! Run, don't walk to make a massage appointment with Betty! She is phenomenal! Magic touch phenomenal! I left her feeling relaxed, calm and rejuvenated. I scheduled the Body Balance massage and it was excellent. The spa itself is very clean and beautiful. The reason I took a star off is because of the prices being so high.

I really loved the professionalism from scenery, to robes, sandals, complimentary drinks and fireplace. It really sets the tranquility vibe. My favorite thing is the high quality fabrics like the sheets and the heated massage tables! However, the massage was more of a rub than a massage. This coming from someone who usually gets at least 1 massage a month if not two! I've been to many facilities and I would say it's the most high end aside from their massage service which defeats the purpose. Along with the most expensive facility I've been too. I really love massages with heavy hands and I thought putting that on my intake form; it was expected I'd receive that, but I did not. I'm unsure of the purpose of the intake form when the spots I request to focus wasn't met. I received a tranquil stone massage $150 + the 20% gravity. I never cheat people from their 20% tip. It was a basic full body massage instead of the focus points requested. Once I got my tea after the massage, I chilled around the fireplace and heard a group of 3 woman complaining that their massages were more like a rub then a massage. I wasn't alone in this feeling and that means 4 massage therapist in this facility are not offering high quality massages which is the point. I did walk away with relaxation and tranquility but the massage itself, I will now book with my normal massage place that's half the price of this business. I was blessed to receive a gift card from my sister, to get the experience to know that I'm not missing out on going to a high end massage facility like this one. The looks and feel may be there but the massage service is not. I hope the business improves in training and/or hiring therapists that do more then a rub...
