That was all the way in Waukegan after I was recommended to that salon. I'm glad I agreed, because since then I've only trusted SuYen with my hair - from Brazilian blowouts to Balayage and to going my natural dark brown. I don't know how, but she remembers the little details that matter about her clients, which includes how long it takes for one's hair to process, how our hair turns out with certain toners, our hair textures. She's always pleasant to talk to. She researches the products she uses and always wants what's best for her clients. I love that she uses hair dye with the least damaging ingredients - many of the products are organic. She is very honest as well - If she thinks a certain treatment might not be beneficial, she will let you know and offer advice on what will work better. I followed her from Waukegan, to Kenosha and now in Mount Pleasant! You won't have any regrets with your hair when SuYen does it!
