I've gone here for a while now, what I've learned is if you ask for a certain nail tech the others take it personally and will make you wait every time you go! I've waited up to 3 hours and I guess that was to teach me a lesson. I was not in a time crunch so I waited it out because I loved my nail tech but she is no longer there. when I went yesterday I learned that they were told by the owner they could not skip the order in which clients wait do to their preference which I think will make this a much better experience. They are not friendly but they do a good job!
New to the area. I saw that they closed at 7. When I arrived they asked what I wanted and I replied that I wanted a manicure however they said they were closed after asking about the service. That was awkward in my opinion considering that I arrived at 6:30. They could've at least offered a polish change or some if it was a time constraint or just list that you close at 6:30.
I am new to the area and visited here yesterday afternoon around 4-430. Prime time so everyone was busy, which is fine I don't mind waiting my turn.
While waiting (around 20-25 min) I was checked on 2 or 3 times.

I got off work and got to this business around 545. I had to soak off the current dip that was on my nails. The process started out fine, but the finished product was not good at all. She didn't file down the nail barely any, so my nails are SO thick, and they were going to let me leave with dip powder all around my nail on my skin where it look like a three year old painted my nails and got it everywhere. She also didn't paint the nail and cover the whole entire surface. My nails aren't horrible, but I definitely won't be back here
I am going to continue to leave bad reviews because of this service I received. My nails looked horrible. Inspiration pic attached. This is a case of what I asked for versus what I got. I got a complete disgrace. I was so embarrassed of my nails, I had no black in my inspiration pic. I paid $118 & was asked to pay $28 to have them corrected. My nails looked horrible, this was absurd!
