You can often save 50-90% by finding a Groupon. The average cost varies by location, but your best bet is to check the app right before arriving; it's often worth buying in the car before even stepping foot inside. Worth the extra five minutes!
Tasteless fried rice. Asked for pork fried rice and got no pork just plain. Egg rolls well my dog ate them and they were soggy and tiny not a real egg roll. She charged me $16 for plain rice and 2 tiny inedible spring rolls. Never will I go again! Rediculous had to put alot of soy sauce and salt and pepper
Eventime we go there the service is excellent, the food is fablous . They always greet you with a smile. Just love going there.
The best chinese food in the area!! I wish they'd get a stay alone restaurant outside of the mall. The family the runs/owns it are nice. For $12 ish I got 2 side 2 meats and egg roll! Their food has to be good. Their the only restaurant in the mall. Even when there was more restaurant in the mall I'd still only eat at the yum yum kitchen. You get a good amount of food for not a bad price!! if your like me can can't eat it all you still have food for another meal or a snack later. I like the mall don't get me wrong on wanting them to get a stand alone restaurant I think more people would give them a try if they had their own place, But I don't know. I just really enjoy this place!!
Since the other Chinese place in the mall (Orientaste) closed, the prices here have gone up quite a bit. Still a pretty good deal for mall food, but not the bargain it used to be.
Finally tried this place. Graded on the curve of area Chinese places, it's not bad (most of the hole-in-the-wall places up here are dreadful). The "deal" has alas gone up to $7 for one main and two sides. And an egg roll. I got the Orange Chicken, fried rice, and broccoli. The chicken was breaded with perhaps too much flour or cornstarch for optimal "mouth feel," but it had the expected comfort-food sweet sauce. There were lots of pieces, and, while I didn't check if they were white or dark meat, the chicken itself was perfectly fine, which is more than I can say for some of the places I've been to up here. The fried rice was a little light on the stuff that makes fried rice interesting, it was more yellowish rice with pretensions, but it tasted fine and of course clung nicely to each chunk of the gooey chicken I rolled in it before eating. Yum. The broccoli was fresh and steamed, I think, but not overly so; it was just right, actually. Alas, the egg roll is not worth the calorie expenditure of chewing it, but awful egg rolls are kind of a tradition at places like this. For seven bucks it was a respectable, filling meal. The other items on the steam table looked, if not enticing, more than acceptable. The next time I find myself doing errands around the Wilton Mall I could see myself dropping in for this filling, if profoundly non-gourmet fare. Normally I'd give it a three but bumping it up to four because of value and quality/quantity ratio.
