Ruined my hair and didn't fix it. Also did not do what the stylist said she was going to do. Big time Disappointed.
They took my $25 deposit when I called an hour later because I needed to push the original appointment time back a few hours. Then they said I had to pay an additional $25 for another appointment. Keep in mind within an hour of scheduling they took $25 and wanted another $25 for a total of $50 JUST for an appointment, this money does not go towards the actual cost. During a pandemic this behavior is crazy to me. Bless someone else with your income!
My first red flag was getting left on read when asking about opening times, but I still booked an appointment with high hopes. I waited in the waiting room for around 15 min and then was put in the salon chair and barely talked to, no asking how my day was etc. I guess my hairstylist double booked herself because in the middle of my coloring she had a client come in and she cut/styled her hair while I awkwardly waited beside her. I asked for balayage and a hair cut and it took over three hours. I also got charged for a bunch of extra stuff without her telling me (toner and extra color???) which would have been nice to at least know about. Would not recommend :(
This place is amazing! Adrienne is incredible - she goes above and beyond! Her techniques, ideas and tips are what keep me coming back! I appreciate and respect her skill and would recommend her to anyone and everyone that wants an ABOVE AVERAGE experience and results!
Amazing service! Kaycee always does a fantastic job with my hair every single time. And she's the only one that has gotten my haircut perfectly since I have curly/wavy hair. She is very experienced. They also have a really cute boutique.
