I loved the place other than how the lady who did my hair got mad because I had to pick up the phone for my kid who had turned out to have an emergency so I had to ask her if it was okay to make another appointment yet she said that I made her waste her Time and I did pay her full price even tho she only washed it cuz I felt bad she told me no to making another appointment which when I asked the manager she had said she was sorry and the lady kept telling her not to let me make another appointment yet my kid was in the Hospital
I went there for my first "hair cut" in like 5 years or so. One of the owners did it and it came out great. I got what I wanted. I loved the decor inside as well. I would definitely go there again but they're always booked. Only reason I didn't give it a five star is because of their prices but other than that I highly recommend!
I've been going to Wicked salon for a few years, I found them by watching Mass Appeal on channel 22 demonstrating different tips on hair cuts, coloring, styling. Fred cuts my hair and he takes his time doing your haircut. I've had Michela do my highlights on my hair, I'm very satisfied with the service. You have to make appointments as there is no walk in service. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
When you move to a new city, it's tough to find a great dresser who gets you. After reading the reviews from Yelp, I made an appointment. I was so happy with my hair styled by Fred. I got my color done - Biolage-,by Sabrina. The whole experience was amazing!
