Natural Nails in West Springfield, MA

Was going here for a few months up until New Years when I was in need of a full set of gel SQUARE nails. Not to be rude or any type of disrespectful but if you are in need of a full set of nails DO NOT let the older lady do them. She did not do a good job at all. All my nails were uneven and she didn't even apply the gel polish correctly. It was lumpy and had the air holes in it. I was so upset bc it was New Years week and my nails looked "ratchet". Literally. Obviously, as you get older you may not be as sharp when it comes to your trade. Understandable. But cmon, at least limit this worker's services to not complicated ones. I usually went with this other younger woman who always did a fantastic job with my gel nails, coffin shape was awesome too. But I took a chance with this lady since my regular would've been a long wait Btw, they don't take reservations which is annoying cause you'd have to wait for the person you want and it could be hours... Then, when I asked about payment on my nails, they seen my deep discontent and still made me pay full price. No even a percentage off for the horrible job. They said come back and we'll fix them for you. I came back (still couldn't make an appointment) and they looked at me like I was crazy for asking if I could be taken care of sooner since I was limited with my time. Never went back. The pedicure girl has an attitude at times which my mother has also noted as well. I go to a nail salon that is very close to this one, more pricier, but definitely what you pay for.

I was short on time and had to get gel polish on my natural nails because of lifting, so I tried this place because it was close to my office. They removed gel with a power sander. I asked if they soak them she said she could be this was much fast. She ended up sanding off the whole side of my pinky nail and having to dramatically shorten the whole nail to straighten it out. The price was good, and in the end they look fine (but much shorter than when I went) my grow quickly so no big deal, but I won't go back.

I came up from Boston to Springfield and need A pedicure, so I asked the lady @ the desk @ the hotel for A recommendation and she suggested this place. They do A wonderful job! Great pedicure! My boyfriend also got A pedi & mani. Came out great! Friendly staff! Good prices!

this nail salon sucks, not only did the guy tech do a horrible job on my nails leaving them thick and gross not making them look coffin shaped at all, he then over charged me for them! he also cut my finger open and when it wouldn't stop bleeding he put super glue on the cut, very unprofessional.

Disgusting!!! The nail tech had the nerve to try and use the SAME nail instruments that were just used, and NOT cleaned from the client sitting next to me! They had new, unopened instruments sitting right next to me and she refused to use them. Then when I said something, she gonna spray alcohol on them, wipe them off, and call them "clean". I think not! Then she sprayed cold water all over my legs and wouldn't give me a towel to wipe them off. These people are disgusting! Please don't waste your money!!
