Extremely pleasant experience here. The customer service is amazing from the moment you hit the door. I was greeted and helped shortly after. Houng did my refill and reshaped my nails beautifully. She took her time, cleaned the cuticle area and cleaned up all the dead skin, and did not cause any cuts or scrapes with the nail tools. This made me able to relax better. The only thing I do wish is that they had a larger gel color selection. However, I will be back!
Nail techs make up prices based on customer. I was charged a extra $5 for long nails. Terrible polish and terrible customer service.
I've been coming here for over 10+ years. And ever since the new owner had taken over, it's been a issue after issue. Don't call beforehand to make an appointment. Why should you? They are NOT going to put you on the book or call you when the nail tech is delayed. They are going to wait for you to get there and tell you wait for another hour. This has happened 5-6 times. I miss the days when it this business was run by the previous owner Lucy. She knew how to run a business; she was personable always greeting clients and made sure you were taken care of. If there was an issue, she handled it. Unfortunately, these days are gone and all that's left is horrible service and mistake after mistake. Do yourself a favor! There's so many other nail shops. Avoid this one and save yourself the headache!!! That's what I'm going to do. Lost another regular customer. It's unfortunate because the nail tech guy does awesome work!
Stopped going here bt I'm assuming it's new owners with a much better crew there so now we're back. My daughter & I got there 30min b4 they closed expecting them to say it was to late nope, they took us & didn't rush.
I'm not sure why this place is rated as low as it is. My beau and I opted to try this place out on a recent visit to NOLA. The staff were prompt, friendly, welcoming, and did a good job with our manis and pedis. They offered bottled water while we sat in the comfy spa chairs, which was great because it was a hot day that day and helped to cool us off even more! Both ladies conversed with us while we were being serviced to pass the time. They had a good choice of colors and they carried OPI, which is always a plus for me! It does seem like if you don't get there early, you'd better have an appointment to avoid waiting for long periods. The place is large and everyone had on a mask. I'd definitely go back on visits to NOLA.
