I am so happy I have discovered Wendy. I simply explained that I wanted a style that would bring out the natural curl in my hair and she knew just what to do. She is a great stylist. I am very happy with my new hair style and color.

I had bought a groupon when I called to make an appointment the owner said I couldn't use it because I had already gone there. You think they would let me use it because there clearly having trouble getting clients because there on Groupon All the time. I have short and thin hair took 22-23 minutes to cut my hair. I didn't get it blowed dry because I thought it would be cheaper still charged me full price. Disappointed with the lack of keeping me as a client. I stand by my review since I wrote this review wendyo has been harassing me to take my review down. If you contact me again I will report you to yelp. If you were that worried about what I said you think you would have initially cared about providing a good experience to me having a good experience is everything. .

I bought the groupon for color consult, highlights, cut, and style. I couldn't be happier! Sue actually listened to what I wanted. She gave me honest feedback on what would be best for my hair and we agreed on a game plan. The color came out great! I didn't go too crazy with the cut (I like to keep my length). Then she curled my hair so it would look like the pictures I showed her in the beginning. Overall, I would definitely return to this salon and recommend to everyone!

I LOVE this Salon, Wendy is an amazing Stylist, I wish I had discovered her years ago. Not just with the style she creates with my hair, but she is amazing with color as well, if you have not been, you really need to try it out, I am sure you will be a customer for life like me...

Groupon had expired, so scheduled an appt at regular price, same service. Wendy refused to accept the value of the groupon as a voucher towards that service. So "new clients only" apparently applies to face value (i.e. amount paid) of Groupon. Groupon issue: This would have been okay with disclosure but there is NOTHING on the Groupon itself that warns that "new clients" applies to amount paid (& that we can't use face value either). Issue with Wendy: Groupon should suspend/stop all offers by this vendor. It is unacceptable to trap people into a worthless voucher without warning them. I have found ALL vendors so far accept the face value even if Groupon has expired. Except for Wendyo. She informs me when I am on the chair that they can't accept the Groupon even at face value (no explanation for this strange "policy"). She also assured me that Groupon would refund with no issues, turned out to be false. Follow up: I try to patronize women-owned businesses. Inspite of the groupon not being accepted at face value, I didn't cancel my appt, because I didn't want to deprive the assigned stylist of the fees for the scheduled appt. I also tipped, I know this is a business that runs on patrons. My original and updated organized review above focused on the joint issue where Groupon was unclear and Wendy inflexible. Her response is a long-winded tale of fiction. Please see suppressed reviews - WendyO treats Groupon customers differently "you'll like what we dish out and take it" is the attitude at that salon. Wendy is incapable of processing negative feedback, issuing an apology. She will accuse you of bullying, beg and threaten you if you don't retract your review. She has posted my name without my consent (this is her way to threaten or bully), defamed me online by accusing me of a scam. She has slammed another reviewer who left her negative feedback for brain health issues - concept of privacy does not apply. Extremely unprofessional. Scary reaction with intimidation. If you there, don't talk to her about anything personal. And beware bringing up your dissatisfaction with service. You'll get a response that can be best described as "flying off the handle".
