If I could give 0 stars I would! THIS IS NOT THE REPUTABLE NEU AESTHETICS YOU HAVE HEARD OF! THIS IS A NEW BUSINESS WHO TOOK THEIR NAME! I went in for a lash lift from the owner....Nina Hutson (also known as Nina Hutson Farley) when I left my eyes were bloodshot, watering, covered in lash dye, burning AND crusty! I had chemical burns around my eyes and down my face. When she took off the sticky paper on my undereyes she ripped them off like they do for a eyebrow wax! I screamed in pain! Towards the end of the procedure she stabbed my eyeball multiple times with a qtip that was covered in lash chemicals. Multiple times during the process I expressed concern and asked for my husband who was in the lobby. I was told "your husband is relaxing and enjoying himself....so should you! Don't bother him" My husband would have been more than happy to sit with me especially if I was nervous. After speaking to the WV Board of Cosmetology they acknowledged  the service I received was not within the safe guidelines of what it should have been. They suggested I request my money back and if she refused to call the Better Business Bureau. They also said what I described could result in blindness. They asked me to file a report and provide the photos I had taken. Nina Hutson refused a full refund and said she would only provide a 50% refund in the form of a gift certificate to her establishment. Beware! This establishment is not reputable nor do they care about the safety of their procedures or customers!

Great place to get spray tanned! Sarah did an AMAZING job! By far the best I"ve had in Charleston! I liked that she gave me options (light, medium, or dark), so that I could get the "perfect glow." She was quick and man did my tan look amazing the next day!
My only issue with this salon is that when you call and make an appointment, the ladies are a little rude.

Do not go here for Axxium or a manicure! The Axxium should last 2 weeks, the manicurist here did it and not only did it look gloppy, I do mean gloppy, not smooth, mine started peeling off in 2 days! She redid them and they lasted about 6 days. Still wasn't shiny after the repeat!
Also, the owner did my eyelash tint and when everyone else has always left the tint on for 15+ minutes she did it for maybe 3! The tint didn't last a week! Should last about 6 weeks!  I've been getting my lashes tinted for well over 10 years so I know what to expect!
