I have visited the salon two times I figured the first time it was just trial and error, second time was even worse. I did try to cancel the appointment prior to the time but the woman answering the phone said that I would still have to pay for the service regardless, she would not bend either way, even though I wanted to just make another appointment because an emergency came up. I put the emergency in someone else's hands regretfully. I did get my haircut. I looked like a disaster when I walked out the door not happy with the haircutting there at all and it's definitely not worth the price even though that was not a factor when I went there. I will not mention the girls name, but the girl cutting my hair was very polite and nice although she was to New at cutting hair and unfortunately, my haircut showed it. Since this experience, I have gone to a different salon, which I am extremely happy with, I wish I could have left a better review, but it definitely was not possible.

I went to Wavelengths for the first time recently, after a personal recommendation from my friend/coworker. It was an absolutely gorgeous salon. Jacquie did my hair, she was very friendly, and did an absolutely beautiful job. I was very impressed with her work. I thought I found my new salon, until I went to the register and was told $220 for a highlight (no haircut). I almost had a heart attack. I have a short inverted bob, not long enough for all of it to fit in a pony tail. (It falls out) I was changed $148 for a full foil (totally fair), then an ADDITIONAL $72 for mixing extra color/toner. It would be one thing if I had long, thick hair... I have short, fine hair. I'm really sad to say that I won't be a regular there, because I can't afford the extra charges. It's also a little crazy that they upcharge SO much, I'm a licensed cosmetologist and know the prices on toner/color.

I absolutely love this salon! Jenn is the best!! She gets my cut right every single time and is excellent at my color as well! Everyone here is so nice!! I've had a couple other stylists do my hair here and they were great too!! The salon is immaculate! They keep it very very clean and beautiful! It's a very welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant place to spend a few hours taking care of yourself! I highly recommend this salon!!

Absolutely gorgeous new salon and the friendliest staff with great COVID policies intact

Wavelengths is fantastic! Out of convenience, I went to a salon closer to me, and I was super disappointed. I have long, brown hair with natural blonde highlights. Also, lots of gray. This place colored my roots, and not only did they miss huge patches of gray hair, but it turned out PURPLE! ‍ At the follow up appointment, they said that they didn't do anything wrong & refused me a refund. I won't mention them because the office manager eventually followed up with me giving me both many apologies, plus my refund. Then, I saw Jessica at Wavelengths. In a calm, reassuring, and professional environment, my hair was fixed! Three (3!) stylists consulted on what to do about my color, and Jessica did the work. I now feel confident & comfortable again. I highly recommend Wavelengths for your next color or cut! ‍
