Vn Nails And Spa in Wiggins, MS

Absolutely horrible! They do amateur work and expect high-end pay. They charge you for stuff you don't ask for. And give no explanation as to why. They refuse to fix their mistakes without you paying for it when it was their mistake to begin with. The workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. They fight in front of customers then take it out on their customers. I have no idea how they're still in business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My daughter received a nail certificate to vn nails  and my niece and her went and had a nail day.   They ended up  messing my daughters nails up and my daughter asked if they would fix one that was literally crooked and the lady got loud and was rude to my then 14 year old child, my child is very well mannered and very shy and quiet so the fact they think it's okay to speak to people this way speaks volumes about how they are as  people!  All I can say is they are very lucky I was not present that day!  You do not talk to your customers that way and specially a child!!!!!! I do not even know how they are in business!!

Absolutely horrendous. If they mess up your nails it is your fault! They don't deserve this 1 star. 0-10 do not recommend.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO.
My wife and her two friends went here so they could get their nails done before a baby shower and they got the worst service. All three of them got coffin styled nails but on the receipt they charged them for ombré coffin nails which makes it around 80 dollars just for that. They didn't cure them under the light all the way so the paint on her friends nail just popped as they were leaving the store and the paint on my wife's nails were streaky and not filled in all the way. NOT ONLY THAT but they charged them for gel even though they didn't ask for gel nails which makes it $25 just for that. When I went to resolve the issue the woman working there said that she could fix them but she wouldn't give any money back and that I would have to talk to the owner. When I asked her for the owners information she said she didn't know any email addresses or phone numbers that I could reach them by. She also threatened to call the law on me even though I was being understanding and cordial. So don't go to this place man. I just got charged $375 for all that stuff and they won't give me anyone higher up to talk to. Worst nail salon in this town.

I do not recommend this spa. I put a review on their FB page and the owner replied saying she will refund me, they did a good job, blah, blah, blah. They charged me $65 for a basic pedi but did not tell me the price until I was ready to pay. They did nothing special at all. Other reviews stated the same thing. They are sneaky and pretend they don't understand you. Stay away. BTW, the owner decided she could just remove my review. Unethical.
