I went here after finding a Groupon for waxing with Marissa. I'm kinda new to the region and needed to find a waxer. She called me the day of the appt to let me know that she other appts were running late, and asked if I could come 30 minutes later than my original time. As I was battling a stress headache, this delay was a God send. The reception and waiting area were nice, and I was provided at water while I waited. I knocked off one star, as while I waited, I was vacuumed around, which while having a headache was tougher to sit through the actual waxing. Marissa was fantastic. She was polite, pleasant, and fast. The job she did was thorough. I would recommend her.
Horrible I do not recommend this place for anybody started out with a facial which included a head massage i did not Receive Then I had a hair color Ended up looking like bozo the clown 6 hours later I left looking the same way as I walked in I wouldnt even give it the one star but that's the only option I have
I've been coming to Vitoria Adamo now for six years and have thoroughly enjoyed every time I've been there. Their staff is top notch, hands down the best there is around! Excellent for small and large parties, or simply to pamper yourself to a treat.
I had a gift card so I made an appt for more service than the card was worth. I was really looking forward to trying this place out. I was there on time, waited in the reception area for at least 15 minutes but no one was there. No one came out to see if anyone was waiting, including, apparently, the person who had an actual appointment. After hanging around like that, I finally left and gave away the card. I certainly wouldn't try going back; they obviously don't hold customer service in very high regard.
I went to the spa for a pedicure, my nail tech was very nice an did a good job. The atmosphere there though is very lacking. The nail tech next to us was very loud and speaking inappropriate, not to mention her and her client made a point to tell me not 1, not 2, but 3 times that I had taken her chair and she was so uncomfortable. If you want to relax, this is not the place to go.
